Brighton quartet The Magic Gang took to the Sackler Space at the Camden Roundhouse last night as part of the Roundhouse Rising Festival. The show opened with emerging pop rock outfit GILLBANKS, followed by INHEAVEN whose anthems packed with heavy guitar riffs and huge bass lines suited the intimate venue.
By the time The Magic Gang came on, the crowd were buzzing with energy. Starting with Lady, Please, She Doesn’t See and Jasmine all off the bands latest EP, The Magic Gang played their modern indie pop with content and passion. Definitely a band to catch in intimate venues before they explode.
The Roundhouse Rising festival continues this week and last nights show, along with others, was live-streamed on YouTube.
